HOW WE WORK

Fitzpatrick Fitters Ltd can supply an architect to do your design, we will arrange a site visit to agree on all our clients requirements. Should you wish to use your own architect, we will request detailed drawings and then proceed with a site survey of our own, we will take notes and photos and together with a detailed drawing we will begin our pricing process.

We will submit our cost to you with a detailed breakdown of each individual aspect of the job and the duration we believe the project will take from start to finish.

On being successful with our tender we will agree a start and finish date. We then put together a detailed program of works, this will give you an insight into the day to day running of the job, keeping you informed on the progress of the project.

We will always welcome visits to site by the client during our works. We also understand that sometimes our clients decide to change things as we progress, which of course is never a problem for us. Client satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.

On the day of handover we will have a full team to hand to deal with any snagging issues, we are with you from start to finish, we take great pride in our work and ensure the client is entirely satisfied and that they get value for money.

All certification will be presented in a pack on completion of each project.
